Throughout the site, the terms "Ride-Rack", "we", "us", and "our" refer to 3D Dental Systems d.o.o.

By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, customers, and purchasers of products offered through www.ride-rack.com.

We sell products to both private consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B).

3. Products

Ride-Rack designs, develops, and manufactures bicycle storage and transportation products.

All Ride-Rack products are designed and manufactured in Slovenia.

Products are intended exclusively for bicycles and bicycle-related equipment unless otherwise stated.

Product specifications, dimensions, load capacities, finishes, colors, and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur.

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, the maximum load capacity of Ride-Rack racks is 50 kg.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product is suitable for their intended use.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit quantities of products at any time without prior notice.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify the customer and offer a refund or alternative solution.

5. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

All information provided is accurate.
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

A contract between Ride-Rack and the customer is formed only when the order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including:

Suspected fraud
Pricing errors
Product availability issues
Payment authorization failures
Incorrect customer information

6. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency.

For customers within applicable jurisdictions, prices include VAT where legally required unless stated otherwise.

Prices do not include shipping costs unless specifically indicated.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on destination region.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.

7. Payment Methods

We accept payment through secure payment providers including:

Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers.

Ride-Rack does not store complete payment card information.

8. Shipping

Canada

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times are generally 3–5 business days after shipment but may vary due to destination, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipments are primarily handled by UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout according to destination region.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

9. Customs Duties and Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to:

Customs duties
Import taxes
Brokerage fees
Government charges

Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Ride-Rack is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

10. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

A Return Authorization must be obtained before products are returned.

Returned products must:

Be unused
Be uninstalled
Be returned in original packaging
Include all supplied components
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

11. Warranty

Ride-Rack products are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty of one (1) year against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage
Improper installation
Improper use
Accidents
Negligence
Unauthorized modifications
Exceeding specified load capacities

Nothing in this warranty limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

Ride-Rack reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund defective products at its sole discretion.

12. Product Safety and User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Following all installation and usage instructions
Ensuring products are mounted correctly
Regularly inspecting products for wear or damage
Verifying bicycles are properly secured before transportation or storage

Products must never be loaded beyond the specified weight limit.

Failure to follow instructions may result in injury, property damage, or product failure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ride-Rack shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Loss of use
Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

Product designs
Logos
Images
Videos
Text
Graphics
Technical drawings
Branding

is the intellectual property of 3D Dental Systems d.o.o. or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using this website, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

16. Force Majeure

Ride-Rack shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
