At Ride-Rack, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably.
All Ride-Rack products are designed, manufactured, assembled, and quality-checked in Slovenia before shipment.
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.ride-rack.com.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
Europe
- All European Union member states
- Switzerland
North America
- United States
- Canada
If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us at info@3dds.eu and we will evaluate available shipping options.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within:
1–2 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
4. Shipping Carrier
Orders are primarily shipped using:
UPS
In certain situations, Ride-Rack may use alternative carriers to ensure timely delivery.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Shipping rates are based on:

- Package dimensions
- Package weight
The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
European Union
Orders shipped within the European Union generally do not incur additional customs duties.
Switzerland, United States, and Canada
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to:

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Ride-Rack has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
8. Order Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information by email.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
If you do not receive tracking information within three business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@3dds.eu.
9. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Ride-Rack is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Take photographs of the package and product.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and supporting photographs.
If a shipment appears lost, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
11. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order, any return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
12. Force Majeure
Ride-Rack shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Transportation disruptions
- Customs delays
- Government restrictions
- Labor disputes
- Supply chain disruptions
