1. Our Commitment

At Ride-Rack, we design and manufacture products that are built to last.

Every Ride-Rack product is developed, manufactured, assembled, and quality-checked in Slovenia using carefully selected materials and production processes.

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials.

2. Warranty Coverage

Ride-Rack products are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty for a period of:

1 Year from the date of original purchase

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.

3. What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

  • Materials
  • Workmanship
  • Structural components
  • Manufacturing-related failures occurring during normal intended use

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Ride-Rack may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Replace the defective component
  • Issue a full or partial refund

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear

Including but not limited to:

  • Scratches
  • Cosmetic marks
  • Surface wear
  • Minor finish deterioration

Improper Use

Including:

  • Misuse
  • Abuse
  • Negligence
  • Improper storage

Improper Installation

Damage caused by:

  • Incorrect assembly
  • Failure to follow installation instructions
  • Improper mounting

Accidental Damage

Including:

  • Impact damage
  • Vehicle accidents
  • Transportation-related damage after delivery

Unauthorized Modifications

Including:

  • Welding
  • Drilling
  • Cutting
  • Altering the product in any way

Overloading

Damage caused by exceeding the product's specified load capacity.

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, Ride-Rack racks are designed for a maximum load of 50 kg.

5. Bicycle Use Only

Ride-Rack products are designed exclusively for bicycles and bicycle-related equipment.

Use for any other purpose may void warranty coverage.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, please contact:

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the defect
  • Proof of purchase

Additional information may be requested to evaluate the claim.

7. Inspection and Evaluation

Ride-Rack reserves the right to inspect products before approving a warranty claim.

Customers may be required to:

  • Return the product
  • Return specific components
  • Provide additional photographs or documentation

Warranty decisions are made after technical evaluation of the reported issue.

8. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is approved, Ride-Rack will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with repairing or replacing the defective product.

If inspection determines that the issue is not covered by warranty, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ride-Rack shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of use
  • Damage to bicycles
  • Damage to vehicles
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or misuse

The maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

10. Statutory Consumer Rights

This manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Designed and Manufactured in Slovenia

All Ride-Rack products are designed and manufactured in Slovenia by:

3D Dental Systems d.o.o.

Our in-house production capabilities include:

  • Product design and development
  • Laser cutting
  • CNC bending
  • Metal fabrication
  • Assembly
  • Quality control

This allows us to maintain direct control over product quality from concept to final shipment.
